How to Request
Requests are only available for Today’s date. Please ask your Driver about PARTY RENTALS if you would like to preschedule a truck for a future date/time slot
PURCHASE MINIMUM REQUIRED
Ice Cream Truck Companies require a purchase Minimum to Request, you'll see the companies Minimum requirement and forms of payment they take under the company "Towns Available" profile
If you request a certain time frame please keep the current wait time in mind as it is first come first serve. 
Drivers will always do their absolute best to aim for your selected time. Scheduling hours in advance is also welcome if you see time slots for your neighborhood

Have a Question before you request?
You can ask a driver any questions you have and they will get back to you by email or text ASAP.
Just Click on the company's "Request a Stop" and choose a truck in the neighborhood you want, you'll see "Ask Driver" before you request
SUBMITTING A REQUEST
Find your Truck in town and just fill out a request form under your town listed. Since you registered with our app, some info will be automatically filled in for your convenience so you only need to fill out some other questions for your driver. Then submit your request! Response time after submission won’t be long and drivers will answer ASAP. If Drivers are busy please allow up to 15 min for a response.
To CANCEL A REQUEST
If something comes up it’s easy to cancel your request, simply return to the companies profile you requested, select “Cancel your Request” then just submit your address.  
PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
 Make sure to activate your push notifications in the app to get updates and also get notified when your request has been accepted or denied.
AFTER YOU REQUEST
You will receive a push notification and email confirmation if Drivers are able to accept or are unavailable. Once accepted you will be contacted based on your chosen arrival update preference once your stop is approaching.
